Want a long life? Eat Italian...
As I pointed out in one of my previous articles, "diet" is actually no diet at all. It is just a "common sense" situation that has been around for thousands of years and is based on the two big food pyramids: The Mediterranean and the Asian.

Come visit our underground Trattoria in The Hague, Netherlands; Home of the home-made pasta, fresh produce from The Hague Market and we have a FREE bottle of Italian wine for you with every meal. Our way of saying "Welcome!". More on us? Click here now.

The high-heeled boot surrounded by five seas is ranked the healthiest country on Earth in the Bloomberg Global Health Index of 163 countries (2017). A baby born in Italy can expect to live to be an octogenarian. [...] Yet Italians are in way better shape than Americans, Canadians and Brits, who all suffer from higher blood pressure and cholesterol and poorer mental health.
